New Zealand Amateur Radio Day

Come along to the Southland Branch of NZ Association Radio Transmitters Amateur Radio Open Day. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to see what the world of “Ham Radio” is doing in the 21st Century.

Time: From 1000-1400 hours local time Saturday 10th March 2012

We will have some displays with different modes and have some hams operating equipment, and other hams available to talk back to you. Learn what amateur radio is and our place in the community, and how easy it is to get an amateur licence.
